Our
Manufacturing Standards
To
ensure that all products leaving the factory are of the highest
quality and consistency, stringent systems and manufacturing processes
have been implemented. At each of the various stages of production
regular and ongoing checks and systems are adhered to, maximising
product quality and minimising possible faults.
As
part of the ongoing "striving for improvement" program,
Croissant King's Brookvale factory has achieved HACCP/ISO 9000 quality
accreditation.

Quality
Ingredients
Many
of the companies suppliers have a longstanding relationship with
Croissant King as quality and consistency of ingredients are essential
in maintaining 'premium products'. We regularly meet with our suppliers
to discuss many issues including ongoing product improvements.
Not
only do we achieve a high level of product consistency, but we also
strive to produce pastries, doughs and batters with delicious eating
qualities and maximum freshness characteristics. Research has regularly
shown that customers can easily identify with the distinctive and
delicious taste of our products.
Delivery
By
maintaining strict minimum and maximum stock levels, and accurate,
easy to read product coding, stock can be dispatched within as little
as 24 hours.
All
products are stored at -22°C and are delivered using freezer trucks
that are designed to maintain consistent temperatures throughout
the journey.
We
guarantee our products for a minimum of nine months from date of
manufacture.
