The company actively markets frozen dough products to the bakery and foodservice industries including many five star hotels, major bakeries and supermarket chains. Croissant King painstakingly automates the time honoured traditional hand crafted pastry methods passed down through the generations to offer a range that includes, pure butter croissants, danish pastries, muffin batters, cookie doughs, bagels, pastry shells, pies and sausage rolls. Company History Croissant King had its origins in a small suburban patisserie in the northern beaches area of Sydney. At the time, the patisserie had a small wholesaling arm that involved the delivery of frozen unbaked pastries to a handful of customers.
