King painstakingly automates the time honoured traditional hand
crafted pastry methods passed down through the generations to offer
a range that includes, pure butter croissants, danish pastries,
muffin batters, cookie doughs, bagels, pastry shells, pies and sausage
rolls.
Company
History
Croissant King had its origins in a small suburban patisserie in the northern beaches area of Sydney. At the time, the patisserie had a small wholesaling arm that involved the delivery of frozen unbaked pastries to a handful of customers. Croissant King has now grown into one of the largest and most respected national suppliers of a wide range of premium frozen unbaked pastries.
