Croissant King manufactures a range of frozen and unbaked pastries, doughs and batters in Camellia, Western Sydney. Through an approved distributor network, Croissant King products are available in each state and territory in Australia as well as South East Asia and the Pacific Islands. The company actively markets frozen dough products to the bakery and foodservice industries including many five star hotels, major bakeries and supermarket chains.

Croissant King painstakingly automates the time honoured traditional hand crafted pastry methods passed down through the generations to offer a range that includes, pure butter croissants, danish pastries, muffin batters, cookie doughs, bagels, pastry shells, pies and sausage rolls.

Company History

Croissant King had its origins in a small suburban patisserie in the northern beaches area of Sydney. At the time, the patisserie had a small wholesaling arm that involved the delivery of frozen unbaked pastries to a handful of customers. Croissant King has now grown into one of the largest and most respected national suppliers of a wide range of premium frozen unbaked pastries.
